Pour the flour, salt and grated lemon peel into a bowl.
Heat slightly the milk in a saucepan and melt the brewer's yeast.
Pour the milk into the flour bowl and mix.
Add the butter into small pieces and mix until a single dough is obtained.
cover the bowl with transparent film and let it rise for about 1 hour and a half.
After the necessary time divide the dough into 5 or 6 smaller cakes and cover with a cloth for 30 minutes.
At the end, roll them out one by one like a high-edged pizza, place them in a pan with plenty of oil and fry them.
Remember to turn them often to brown all sides.
Once cooked put plenty of sugar on both sides and serve hot.
