Pour the soft butter inside a bowl and add the sugar and whisk the ingredients for 10 minutes with the food whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.
Add the eggs one at a time and always mix for the same direction as before.
At this point add a pinch of salt, the grated lemon peel and lastly the yogurt in small doses.
Always mix in the same verse until the dough is well blended.
In another bowl add the baking powder to the flour.
Once you have arrived, sifter the flour and baking powder on top of the dough where there is yogurt and mix with a wooden spoon from bottom to top to mix the mixture.
Now you just have to fill the paper molds with the dough to the edge, you can use a spoon.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until they are golden on the surface.
At this point your Muffins are ready, you can garnish them as you want or simply serve them like this.
