Spaghetti Speck and Tomato

A simple pasta ideal with friends.

Ingredients for 5 people:

500g of spaghetti
350ml tomato
150g Speck in cubes
extra virgin olive oil
sparkling white wine
salt

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Preparation:

Take a pan and sprinkle it lightly with extra-virgin olive oil.
Take a pot and boil the water.
At this point take the cubed Speck and sauté in a pan for 2 minutes, if you want to remove the strong taste, blend it with a little sparkling white wine that gives that balanced touch to the sauce.
Then put the tomato together with the speck and stir until it becomes homogeneous and when you get here you can turn off the heat of the pan.
Take the spaghetti and put them in boiling water, salt a little because the bacon is already salted.
Once cooked spaghetti, remove them from the water and toss them in the pan with tomato and bacon, stir and serve.
