Strawberry CheeseCake

Strawberry cheesecake great for the summer and is prepared without the use of the oven.

Ingredients:
  • 200 g of chocolate biscuits
  • 80 g of butter
  • 50 g of brown sugar
  • 500 g of mascarpone
  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 140 g of powdered sugar
  • cream for desserts to decorate

Method:

The first thing to do is melt the butter over low heat and let it cool.
Put the biscuits and brown sugar in the mixer, chop them finely and then transfer them into a bowl and add the melted butter.
Mix the ingredients with a spoon to mix them.
 At this point, butter and lined a baking tin with baking paper and pour the mixture and distribute it on the bottom evenly compacting it with the back of a spoon.
Put everything in the fridge for an hour.
The next step is the preparation of the cream and you have to wash the strawberries, remove the leaves, cut them in half and put them in the mixer to get a sauce.
Sift the sauce with a strainer to remove the seeds and make it smooth then mix it with the mascarpone with a whisk to mix the ingredients until you get a rosé cream and then add the icing sugar to sweeten it.

Take back the base of the cheesecake pour the cream into the pan, level the surface with the back of the spoon to make the surface smooth and put it in the refrigerator to harden for at least 3 hours.
At the end, take it out of the fridge and if you want to decorate it for example with the cream for desserts or with some strawberries on it.
Now your strawberry cheesecake will be ready.
