Prosecco (Wine)


Prosecco is a white wine produced in Italy precisely in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.

With a straw-yellow color and rich in sparkling wine, it is available in 3 types:

  • Prosecco sparkling wine with a minimum of 11% vol.
  • Sparkling Prosecco with a minimum of 9% vol.
  • The still Prosecco with 10.5% vol.
Thanks to its versatility it is used for the preparation of cocktails and to accompany foods such as fish and various appetizers.
Prosecco is a wine that never covers the taste of the dish but accompanies it making the culinary experience excellent.
