The pasta with meat sauce is a simple pasta that essentially depends on the preparation of the sauce that can be made previously and put in the freezer.
so below I give you a quantity to store it in the freezer so you can use it several times.

Ragout ingredients:
  • 3 kg of mixed grind divided into 2 kg of cattle and 1 kg of pig
  • tomato puree 400 ml
  • salt
  • 3 carrots
  • sunflower oil
Preparation:
the first thing to do is take a nice large pot and put a little oil and add the chopped carrots.
At this point, add the meat, add a glass of water and put the fire down.
After 10/15 minutes, the tomato is mixed together with the salt and for those who want some spice.
On low heat and stirring occasionally you will have to let it cook for another 3 hours.
At the end your meat sauce will be ready and you can put it in the freezer with the special bag.

For pasta
Ingredients for 5 people:
  • 500g of pasta of your choice
  • 350g of meat sauce
  • salt
Preparation:
Take a pot and boil the water.
Then throw the pasta into the pot and salt.
When the pasta is cooked remove it from the water and put the sauce and the game is done.

Tips:

The meat sauce can be added directly on the plate or preferably mixed inside a pot or pan together with the pasta.
Drain the pasta well from the water to avoid the soup effect.
