Pasta Summer when you can plan a meal


During the summer one of the most practical dishes for a trip out of town is certainly cold pasta.
The preparation is not complex and the advantage is that you can bring with you a delicious, nutritious dish that can save you and make your day easier.
Below I propose a condiment but may very well undergo variations.

Ingredients for 5 people:

  • 500 g of Pasta
  • salt
  • Datterino tomatoes
  • black olives
  • green olives
  • ham in cubes or wurstel
  • capers
  • corn

Preparation:

Put the water to boil in a pot and when it boils salted and throw the pasta.
Once al dente drain it and put it in a bowl, oil and mix it.
Let the pasta cool.
Meanwhile, prepare the datterino tomatoes and the wurstel.
When the pasta is cold you can add everything, tomatoes, frankfurters, capers, black olives, green olives and corn. Serve at room temperature.

Advantages:

This pasta can also be prepared the evening before facilitating your day.
Store in the fridge.
