Ingredients:
- Soft toast bread
- 500 ml milk
- 80 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- peach jam
- whipped Cream
- strawberries
Preparation:
You take a bowl and break the 2 eggs inside.
The milk is added and mixed in order to create a homogeneous liquid, a pinch of salt and sugar is added.
Melt the butter over a medium / low heat on a pan.
At this point put the slices of bread in the milk bowl and let absorb.
Then cook the slices of bread in a pan, 2 minutes per side over high heat.
You must make a browning in the bread before saying that they are cooked.
Once cooked add 2 slices per dish sprinkled with peach jam and add the whipped cream.
Strawberries are distributed around the dish.
The plate for a flaky breakfast is ready.
