Custard Cream

This recipe went to see it is not easy to realize but the result will amaze you because for taste and creaminess has nothing to remove from those sold in pastry.

Ingredients:

  • 500g of whole milk
  • 1 vanilla pod (or vanilla flavoring)
  • half a lemon peel
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 120g of sugar
  • 40 of cornstarch flour
  • 40g of butter

Preparation:

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the vanilla pod cut in half or the aroma of vanilla and lemon zest.
I bring everything to boil.
Read everything for the fire and let it rest for 30 minutes.

I take a bowl and I put the egg yolks with sugar without whipping the mixture and add the flour in small doses.
Heat the milk for a moment and then add the egg yolks in small quantities and mix.
