Cooking meat, time. Some indicative data

Very often we wonder if the meat is cooked or not, ending up burning everything or bringing raw pieces of meat to the table.
here below I give you a guide on cooking times.
Attention are indicative data and therefore you will always have to keep an eye on your meat and turn it during cooking.
There are the most famous.

  • sausages 20/25 minutes on medium heat
  • Pork fillet 500g 20 minutes over medium heat
  • Ribs 30/40 minutes on low barbecue fire
  • Chicken breast 10 minutes
  • whole chicken 90/120 minutes in the oven
  • burgers 10 minutes
  • hot dog 5 minutes
