Preparation of the base for Crepes

Ingredients for 8 crepes:

  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g of 00 flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • butter

Preparation:

To prepare the sweet and savory crepes started by breaking the eggs in a bowl, mix with a fork and add the milk. Stir carefully to mix these two ingredients.
Place a colander on the container and then sift the flour into the bowl.

Continue to mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
At this point heat a non-stick pan and grease it with a little butter.
