Summer Rice Salad

The rice salad is one of those typical summer dishes.
Easy to prepare and useful on days when there are some outings.
It is kept in the fridge and then you can eat the day before it is a complete and practical meal.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 300 g of rice
  • 2 wurstel
  • 100 g of peas
  • 100 g of tuna
  • diced cheese
  • 200 g of peppers in oil
  • 150 g of cubed ham
  • 100 g of olive
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • sale

Preparation:

Boil the rice in salted water, drain it slightly al dente and pass it under running water to stop cooking.
Drain it well and put it in a bowl.
This is the reference point for peas, to prepare a wurstel washers.
Cut the peppers into strips, chop the tuna and cut the olives into small wheels and cut the ham into cubes.
Add extra virgin olive oil, mix and the dish is ready.

Tips:

The rice salad can be made with different ingredients and it all depends on your personal tastes.
If you want a lot more quickly you can find the vegetables ready in the various stores so you do not have to boil peas or cut peppers.
