Skewers (typical Italian dish)

Typical Italian dish
Normally they are bought in a butcher shop and cooking consists in cooking them on a grill or barbecue for 8 minutes, turning them on each side.
For those who want to prepare them at home will have to take long toothpicks, peppers and the types of meat that you prefer.
Below I will provide two types of skewers.

  1. The roast which is a skewer cut into smaller cubes and the ingredients are chicken breast, turkey and pepper.
  2. The normal skewer with a cube of chicken breast, a piece of pepper, bacon and sausage.

both are stuffed in a long toothpick.
A good accompaniment are the fries.
