Chocolate tart

A simple and good dessert for every occasion
Ingredients:

  • 120 g of butter
  • 220 g of 00 flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 g of Nutella or any chocolate
  • 90 g of cocoa butter

Total time h: 1: 30

Method:
The first thing to prepare is pasta, you take a mixer and mix together the flour and 120 grams of butter.
Subsequently the dough of flour and butter is spread in a work surface and in the middle are added 3 egg yolks.
At this point, sieve the icing sugar exactly on the yolks and then start kneading everything with your hands.
The mixture obtained should be left to stand for 30 minutes wrapped in transparent film.
After 30 minutes you start to stretch the dough, height about 0.5 cm.
You can put a little flour on the surface to prevent the dough from sticking.
Lay out the dough on a baking sheet, remove the dough that comes out and pour the chocolate.
With the excess dough, the strips are put on top of the chocolate.
Before baking everything, you can melt cocoa butter or even classic butter and put it over the tart strips with a brush.
Bake at 160 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Your tart is ready.
